A growing proportion of people living in the UK are now very internet aware, and many of these will turn first to the internet in order to find out about any company, this could mean the difference between a customer deciding to trust your company or move to another.

Why is a web site important for your company?

For some, the mere fact that a company have their own web site and can quote a web address on their more traditional advertisements and stationery, will improve the image of the firm. It will show the company to be a modern, forward thinking firm that are interested in communicating with both its clients and the public at large, using always the most appropriate channels available.

A web site can also be used to raise awareness of the company among potential customers and encourage new custom. It could be used to expand a present catchment area or create revenue of its own.

At Hoteye we know that it is always important to develop a site that appears up to date and is easy to use. At the same time it must be accessible by the maximum number of users, even those who have older browsers and small screens, or blind people using text to speech browsers. The site will be developed primarily to use html 4 and frames but flash animation, Active Server Pages and other technologies may be used. Some pages will need to be duplicated in a format that can be handled by browsers that do not support frames.

When it comes to web design, Hoteye has two main objectives. The first is to make sure the site is aesthetically pleasing and creative, the second is concerning functionality - your site will always be user friendly and easy to navigate.
